Adam C. Flury is a Partner at Massie Berman Flury and has focused his practice on representing community associations as both corporate counsel as well as construction defect litigation counsel since 2005. Mr. Flury is a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI).
Mr. Flury graduated from San Diego State University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and attended California Western School of Law obtaining a Juris Doctor in 2004. During his time in law school, Mr. Flury was honored to be selected to be a part of the school’s Moot Court competition team.
Over the course of his career Mr. Flury has tried numerous homeowner association cases, both corporate and construction defect related, to successful verdict. In his practice, Mr. Flury strives to reach the best resolution possible for his clients in the most time and cost-effective manner as possible. He understands that litigation and the disputes his clients are involved in can be stressful and often impact not only the associations he represents but also the individual members of the community. It is for that reason Mr. Flury believes client involvement and interaction when disputes do arise is imperative to reaching a result his client is pleased with. The goal is always to keep clients out of litigation, but to also be prepared to litigate if needed.
