Mr. Flury has tried numerous cases to verdict and has recovered in excess of $28 million dollars for his clients over his career. In addition to monetary recoveries, Mr. Flury has also had success in obtaining insurance coverage for his clients after their insurance carriers have wrongfully denied their requests for coverage.
Mr. Flury also works with homeowner associations, businesses and contractors to review and evaluate their respective insurance policies (as well as their contractors/subcontractors) to ensure they have adequate insurance coverage for their particular needs. Mr. Flury assists his clients in evaluating the risks they are attempting to insure and working with their brokers to help make sure they have adequate insurance coverage before a loss happens.
In his practice, Mr. Flury strives to reach the best resolution possible for his clients in the most time and cost effective manner as possible. He understands that litigation and the disputes his clients are involved in can be stressful. It is for that reason Mr. Flury believes client involvement and interaction throughout the litigation process is imperative to reaching a result the client is pleased with.
